The force of each of your punches is going to be different because it relies on various factors such as the distance between you and your opponent or the stance your boxer is in when starting his attack.
The time of impact is also playing an important role. For example, if you hit too soon the opponent with a jab then damage will be low because your boxer didn't yet deploy all his force into the punch. If we take hooks and uppers, then being too far from the opponent would result in low damages because most of the strength is focused when the arm is still bent.

Most of the time, if you land a punch then you will be able to draw your other hand.
It works the same for special moves, land a hook and then you can unleash your boxer's special move.
There will be times when your character loses his stance and feel dizzy. It is mostly due to the opponent level of Heavy Power.
Bout's Decision
- Judges & Points:
- The verdict is given by the referee and two judges for a total of three persons. Up to 3 judges in international fights.
The boxer who receive at least two votes is designed winner. In case the number of votes is the same for both boxers then it's a draw.
Points are issued depending on the following:
Clean & Effective Hits
A punch count as clean & effective when it successfully reach and give damages to the opponent.
Landing many punches isn't going to result in a good score if most are blocked.
For example, a few well placed hooks or uppers will receive more credits than a large number of weak straight punches.
Effective Aggressivity
A boxer is rewarded points for being aggressive.
However, it also have to be effective. It's about being dominant, not about throwing a lot of punches.
Defense
The ability to parry and dodge attacks will also be graded. Running around within the ring isn't working!
A judge gives a score on a 10 points scale, here are the possible results:
- [10-10] The judge deems the round to be even.
- [10-9] Most rounds end up with a 10 for the dominant boxer and a 9 for the other.
- [10-8] When one of the boxer is knocked down.
- [10-7] If one boxer was totally overwhelmed and is on the verge of passing out.
