- For more power, you need bigger muscles. Weight Lifting and Roadwork are great training examples and you should choose food that include a lot of proteins.
Careful to not be overweight or you'll not be able to participate in bouts.
- Tough:
- Having a good health means good LIFE and ENDURANCE. Try to Run and use the Medicine Ball a lot for that. Careful with the Medicine Ball, it's very tiring.
Becoming a Hard Puncher
A hard punch has different meanings, punches that leaves great damages and handicap the opponent for the rest of the match, punches from which you can't stand back up, etc.
Being a Hard Puncher isn't just about how strong you are, an appropriate weight and body balance is also important.
When you quickly knock out most of your opponents then you can qualify yourself as Hard Puncher.
