Stats & Skills related:
- How to set my diet?
- How you set your meals is up to you and to what you're aiming at.
The only thing you should really care about is to not be overweight before a bout. Not eating enough is never a good way to lose weight. If you don't properly eat then you won't have enough energy to train.

Training 4 or 5 days per week is recommended. Less or more than that and you'll not get the expected results.

You shouldn't try to change your meals and training just a day before a match because it could have a bad effect on your character's body.
Even if you see a great change a day after you updatad your diet and training, it doesn't mean that it will stay that way for long. We suggest to check the difference after a week has passed.

- 30.000 is the limit.
