Tutorial and Manual
For any questions about tools, colors and layers, 29 lessons are included in the software itself.
Select the panel labeled "Tutorial" on title screen.
A manual is also available for anything related to the interface and menus of this software.
On your console's HOME menu, tap once on Comic Workshop 2's icon and then a "Manual" label will appear at the bottom-left. -
Only a few tools available?
Do not worry, there is no issue with your software.
The software is separated in two modes, "Storyboard" and "Clean Copy", this is how most Comic Book/Manga artists proceed to make their works.
The "Storyboard" mode is for you to make the first sketches, plan of the page and to set the panels.
The "Clean Copy" mode is where you can edit each panel one by one and where you can use many more tools and layers. -
How to switch to Clean Copy?
On your workspace (interface where you can draw), press the START button to open the Options menu.
See the pink icon labeled "Clean Copy" and touch it.
Attention: Drawings not within a panel will be lost. -
How many pages can I save?
You can create up to 80 folders and each folder can contain up to 80 pages.
Therefore, the total number of pages you can create is 6400. -
How to save my work on the SD Card?
You can save your pages from both Page Selection and Panel Selection menus.
Press the X button to save the page as JPEG photo to your console's SD Card.
Select the [High Quality] option to save the page in a better quality.
The size of the file will also be affected and become larger.
You can look at your saved pages by going to your console's picture library.
*If you do not find it, look at anterior dates.
From your computer, you can find them in the DCIM folder of the SD Card. -
How to share my drawings?

When creating a new folder, you can choose if you wish to post screenshots to Miiverse from it.
If you chose -Yes-, then you can post screenshots from any menu for that folder.
- How to make good screenshots?

From the Page Selection menu, take a screenshot of the top screen so all the page is displayed.
If you want to share a certain part of the page (sharp drawings, texts, etc.), take a screenshot of the bottom screen from the Clean Copy mode with the zoom set to 100%.

Use the Internet Browser available on your console's Home menu.
Looking at this page with your console? Tap [here] to access the Workshop Gallery.
You can also enter "workshop gallery Entamy" in the search engine, then and look at top results.
Once you are on the website, you can change the language and create a new account on top-right of the page.
You may want to save this website as favorite to ease future access.

Using the Nintendo 3DS Image Share, you can post your saved pages to Twitter, Facebook and Tumblr.

After you have saved pages as JPEG pictures to the SD Card of your console, make sure that you turned off the power and then take off that SD Card.
Insert the SD Card in your computer's SD Card slot.
*If your computer do not have one, you may need to purchase a SD Card Reader.
Search for the DCIM folder included in the SD Card data, your pictures will be displayed in it.
Copy them to your computer's hard drive so you can freely use them.
You can also send pictures to your computer with the console's Internet Browser by connecting to your e-mail account and adding your pages to an e-mail sent to yourself.
Then you open your e-mail account from your computer and save the pictures.

Can't I post screenshots to Miiverse?
If posting screenshots to Miiverse is disabled, it is because you have turned off the option.
It is not possible to change this setting once a folder is made so you would need to make another folder and be careful to set to -Yes- the Miiverse screenshots option displayed in the Page Size menu. *When Miiverse screenshot posting is On, the Picture tool is disabled.- Why was my screenshot deleted from Miiverse?

If one of your posts has been deleted, then it may have been offensive and wasn't in good standing with Nintendo's policy regarding screenshots.

What is Workshop Gallery?
Workshop Gallery is an art gallery available for users of Comic Workshop 2, Comic Workshop and Painting Workshop.
It isn't directly accessible from the software but you can easily access it with your console's Internet Browser.
Tap [here] to access the Workshop Gallery.
You can also enter "workshop gallery Entamy" in the search engine, then and look at top results.
If this is your first time, you will need to register and make an account.
You'll find a [New Account] icon on top-right of the website.
Once your account is set and you received the confirmation by e-mail, look at the top-left icon labeled [Submit] and touch/click on it to add drawings to your gallery.
